Amanda Hoover brings heart, hustle, and over a decade of mortgage experience to the Art Wood Mortgage Team. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Amanda started her career in the banking world before joining the mortgage industry in 2014. Since then, she’s been helping clients move through the mortgage process with care, clarity, and a whole lot of heart.

“I believe buying a home is one of the most important and exciting experiences you’ll ever have,” Amanda says. “I love that I get to be part of that journey.”

Now living in Simpsonville, SC, Amanda spends her free time juggling carpool schedules, baseball and football games, and dance recitals. She’s a proud mom who thrives in the chaos but still carves out moments for coffee and a good book on the back porch whenever she can.

On the team, Amanda is the steady hand behind the scenes. She’s the one keeping loan files organized, making sure timelines stay on track, and handling the details that help closings happen without a hitch. Known for her calm energy and reliable communication, Amanda makes things easier for both clients and teammates.
