Tiar McCart brings more than a decade of mortgage experience to the Art Wood Mortgage Team, with a background in sales, operations, and business development. She’s not only a seasoned professional, she’s a trusted local connector who works closely with real estate agents and supports their clients with care and clarity.

“My favorite part of this work is helping people move forward. Not just into a home, but into a new chapter,” says Tiar.

Tiar began her career in Athens, Georgia in 2008 and has called the Atlanta area home since 2014. Now based in Decatur, she partners with local agents and helps make the lending side of real estate feel simple and seamless. Her thoughtful approach builds trust with both agents and buyers, making the whole process feel more personal and less overwhelming.

Outside of work, Tiar is deeply rooted in her community. She’s a proud mom to Brayden, Waverly, and Breck, an active member of All Souls Fellowship, and a dedicated supporter of Girls Inc. Atlanta and Saving Our Sisters Youth Mentorship Organization. When she’s not working or serving, you’ll find her kayaking, at a concert, or enjoying a quiet wine tasting with friends.
